TERMS OF SALE

By placing an order on karinehilaire.com you acknowledge to have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you are unsure of any points covered Terms and Conditions please contact us at hello@karinehilaire.com before placing your order with us. We must receive full payment of the product(s) before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received we will confirm your order by sending an email to you at the email address you provided. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us.

NATURE OF PRODUCTS

Our hand made products are not mass produced and all have unique features and irregularities associated with the artisanal process. We have made every effort to display the colours accurately on the website but we cannot guarantee that every devices display can accurately reflect the true colour of our products. As most pieces are slightly asymmetrical we have used the biggest measurement of height, length, width and depth in order to best convey the amount of space required in your home.

UK ORDERS

Shipping charges will be displayed during the checkout process before completion of payment of the order. If you decide to change your mind after the products have been dispatched, please contact us at hello@karinehilaire.com to arrange the return. Given the fragile nature of ceramics all products must be returned in good condition in their original packaging. Due to the limitations of our digital platform we can only accept payment in British Pounds for UK shipments.

ORDERS OUTSIDE THE UK

We ship internationally with a fixed shipping cost by geographic region. Due to the limitations of our digital platform we can only display prices in British Pounds. You should be aware that orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to import taxes, customs charges and other levies and that it is your responsibility to pay those sums directly to your local shipping or customs agents in order to release your order if it is held by your local customs authorities.

Given the cost of shipping and the import levies which your order may be subject to we do not accept returns on international orders but do invite you to contact us at hello@karinehilaire.com to evaluate the cost of a return.

To facilitate international orders we also provide custom shipping quotes based on your specific needs and location. Please contact us at hello@karinehilaire.com we are very happy to help.
